Payment:
Payment can be made via Dankort, Visa/Dankort and eDankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB. We recommend you to use a credit card when you shop online. It is the most secure for you as a consumer - and do not be afraid that a third party gets possession of your card information, because the transfer is encrypted between your computer - and PBS.

Delivery:
Delivery is as soon as possible - usually within 3-5 days. Sometimes it may take up to 10 days.

If you do not receive your package or message from Post Danmark that your package may be picked up at the post office, we will ask you to contact us immediately. Then we will help you find your package.

Right to withdraw from a transaction:
You have 14 days to withdraw from a transaction on goods purchased on the Internet. Costs in connection with return of goods lie with yourself. Read more about your right to withdraw from a transaction under "Return of goods".

Storage of customer information:
We store - according to the Law of accounting - your address information for 5 years, after which they are automatically deleted. We will under no circumstances forward your information to 3rd party.

 

Prices:
All prices in the shop are inclusive VAT.

Please be aware that the price you pay for your goods always will be the price in question at the time of the order - even if the product the day we handle your order now has been further reduced. However, you can never get to pay more for a product than at the time of the order.

Addition to orders:
Once you have placed your order it is protected by PBS - and unfortunately we can not add more products to the order.

Products out of stock:
All products are in stock - unless otherwise is stated – however in special cases there are not enough of a particular product – if fx several customers place their orders on the same product simultaneously. If we are not able to deliver your order within reasonable time, we will contact you with specified time of delivery.

We are not responsible for errors in pricing.

If you regret:
If you regret having bought a product, you can return the goods intact in unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt.

We will only return money for goods that come back to us in good condition and in original packaging. You defray the cost of return.

We will then refund the price of the products as soon as possible – however not postage costs or other fees.

To facilitate the expedition, we will ask you to enter your reg.nr. & account no. together with the product you will return.

If you want to exchange for another product or size, return the product and we will refund the money. After this you can order the new product.
